How long will it take for my order to ship?

Please allow 1-6 business days for order processing on all in stock items. Business days are Monday-Friday. Preorders and custom orders typically take up to 2-3 weeks.

 

How do I care for my item?

Hand washing items/machine washing in cold water on a delicate cycle and air drying is recommended for lifetime wear.

 

How can I place a custom order?

I periodically open custom orders.  There is a tab at the top of the home page called "customs".  There you will find all of my product listings for custom orders.  Once the custom order spots have all been claimed, the listing will be shown as "sold out".  I will reopen the custom spots as the items are completed.  I cannot accept any additional custom orders while these are shown as "sold out"

 

What is your return policy?

Returns are not offered at this time. If you have any issues with your order (wrong item was sent or item came damaged) please contact melsfashionflips@gmail.com with details!


Do you offer exchanges?
All boutique items are available for exchanges within 10 days of receiving your item, and tags must still be attached. Please contact melsfashionflips@gmail.com for exchanges. If the item is no longer available in a different size, etc, store credit will be given. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. *ALL REWORKED ITEMS ARE NON EXCHANGEABLE*

Do you ship outside of the US?
At this time, we only ship to the US

I accidently typed in my wrong address, what do I do?

If you notice after you have placed an order that it is incorrect, please send an email to melsfashionflips@gmail.com with the subject heading : NEW ADDRESS ORDER #XXXXX.  However, I cannot 100% guarantee that I will see your email before shipping out. It is important that you check that your address is correct before placing the order
